Honey & Soy Glazed Pork Ribs

This post is looooong overdue….I took all the pictures and completely forgot about posting this. I have made this several times and they are always a big hit. The BBQ season is upon us and this will make you a rockstar! You will need: 2 lbs spare ribs or baby back ribs 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon oil marinade   For the marinade: 3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons soy sauce ½ teaspoon of Chinese five spice powder 1 teaspoon sherry fresh ground pepper   Mix all the marinade ingredients together and heat up in the saucepan....
